Realising the benefits of transformation, achieving productivity, and insights on the digital vision for the NHS

The HSJ Digital Transformation Summit convenes the most senior digital, clinical, and operational leaders from across health and care to explore how the NHS can truly deliver on the ambition of the 10-Year Digital Plan.

As the system enters a critical delivery phase, this year's Summit focused on embedding transformational technologies, enabling true interoperability, and supporting the leadership required to scale digital solutions that work. Sessions explored everything from EPR optimisation and AI deployment to workforce resilience, digital inclusion, and the future NHS tech stack. Leaders examined how digital transformation can drive systemic value, enhancing productivity, enabling prevention, and building trust through transparency, co-design, and smarter infrastructure.

The Summit offers an essential forum to connect strategic ambition with local delivery, and ensure that digital becomes foundational, not optional, in the decade ahead.

Each HSJ Summit hosts a 3-course networking dinner in the evening of Day 1, with pre-dinner drinks providing a distinctive opportunity for attendees to convene in a relaxed atmosphere. Following dinner, guests enjoy an inspirational and thought-provoking talk by a celebrity speaker which helps stimulates meaningful conversations among attendees.
